Since 2010, HE digital has been designing management software and Odoo modules for Moroccan businesses and institutions. Here are our most recent Odoo projects, delivered end to end from Meknes, from analysis to go-live.

HE School Suite – complete school management on Odoo 19

The need. First of all, a private school runs a dozen different functions: admissions, teaching, assessments, attendance, fees, payroll, transport, the infirmary, and parent relations. However, all too often, each one lives in its own tool and management has to piece everything together by hand.

Our answer. That is why we built a school management suite on Odoo 19 Community, with no Enterprise license: one database, one account per person, and information entered once that is used everywhere.

The project in numbers

  • 43 apps that can be installed one by one or in a single click;
  • 4 portals: parents, students, teachers and management, all mobile-friendly;
  • more than 10,000 labels translated into French and Arabic, with right-to-left screens and PDFs;
  • nearly 800 automated tests, including six user journeys replayed in a real browser;
  • tested with 5,000 students and three years of history: everyday screens respond in under two tenths of a second.

What the suite covers

  • Student records: online admissions, enrollment, transfers, alumni.
  • Teaching: timetables, assessments, gradebook with approval workflow, report cards, homework, library, clubs.
  • Student life: daily or per-class attendance, behavior, student support, infirmary.
  • Finance: fees, payment plans, scholarships, invoicing in Odoo Accounting, reminders, Moroccan payroll.
  • Campus and communication: transport, maintenance, visitors, email, SMS and WhatsApp, parent-teacher meetings.
  • Management and compliance: dashboards, personal data protection, certificates verifiable online.
HE School Suite portals for parents, students, teachers and management

Built for Morocco, built for trust

Moroccan dirham, grades out of 20, terms or semesters, optional Hijri dates, and multi-campus support for school groups. In addition, everyone only sees what concerns them: parents see their children, teachers their classes, and only the infirmary sees health data. Finally, a documented API makes it easy to connect a mobile app, a time clock or a badge reader.

Odoo projects in e-commerce: the he_odoo_woocommerce connector

he_odoo_woocommerce Odoo WooCommerce connector developed by HE digital

Among our Odoo projects, this module automatically syncs Odoo with a WooCommerce store: products and variants, stock, prices, orders, customers and invoices. As a result, there is no more double data entry or stock discrepancies. Available for Odoo 15, 18 and 19.
