This privacy policy explains how HE digital collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to hedigital.ma, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is MAGHREB BUSINESS SOFTWARE, a limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of MAD 100,000, which operates HE digital, with its registered office at 6, boulevard Mohammed V, Building, 3rd floor, Apt. No. 11, Beni Mellal, Morocco.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data needed for the purposes described below:

  • Data you provide to us: last name, first name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message when you contact us (form, email or phone).
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration and traffic source, collected through cookies and audience measurement tools.
  • Comments: if you leave a comment, your name, email address and IP address are recorded to facilitate moderation.

3. Purposes of processing

  • Responding to your contact, quote or information requests.
  • Managing business relationships with our clients and prospects.
  • Measuring site traffic and improving its content and usability.
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the site.

Your data is never sold or rented to third parties.

4. Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses technical cookies required for it to function, as well as audience measurement tools provided by Google (including Google Analytics, through Google’s Site Kit plugin). These tools may place cookies on your device and transfer certain data to servers located outside Morocco. You can configure your browser at any time to refuse or delete cookies. 5. Data recipients

The data is intended exclusively for HE digital. It may be processed by our technical service providers (website hosting, audience measurement tools, email), solely for the purposes of their services and in compliance with confidentiality.

6. Retention period

  • Contact requests and prospects: 3 years from the last exchange.
  • Client data: for the duration of the business relationship, then in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
  • Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (secure HTTPS connection, restricted access, regular updates) to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access.

8. Your rights

Under Law 09-08, you have the right to access and rectify your data and, on legitimate grounds, to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@hedigital.ma, enclosing proof of identity if necessary. We will reply as soon as possible.

You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.

9. Changes to this policy

HE digital reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its last updated date.
